Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Cutthroat Art Studios LLC ("we", "us"), owner and operator of BoothFinders, PO Box 81, Alder, MT 59710, USA. By using BoothFinders you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

BoothFinders is a community-powered directory where vendors and organizers share vendor events, markets, fairs and festivals, and where vendors can rate and review them.

Event details come from the community and are not verified by us. Dates, fees, venues and contact details may be out of date or wrong. Always confirm with the organizer before you travel, apply, or pay for a booth. We are not affiliated with the events listed and we do not run them.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and 18 or older to buy a featured placement or a subscription. Give accurate information, keep your password secure, and let us know promptly if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You keep ownership of the events, photos, edits and reviews you submit. By submitting them you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, format and promote them as part of the directory and in our marketing of it. You confirm you have the rights to what you send, and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We may review, edit for clarity, reject or remove any submission — before or after it appears — if it breaks these terms, looks like spam, or is reported by others.

Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience, and about the event or vendor location rather than about a person. Do not post threats, harassment, hate speech, private information, or reviews written in exchange for payment, discounts or free booths. Reviews are moderated before publication, and any review may be removed at our discretion.

If you believe content breaks these terms, use the report option on the event or review, or email us at cutthroatartstudios@gmail.com. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts.

Do not: post unlawful, deceptive or infringing content; scrape or bulk-copy the directory; attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the app or other users' data; use automated tools to submit content or inflate ratings and clicks; or use the app to send unsolicited commercial messages.

A featured placement is a paid promotional listing. The fee is charged when you submit it. Placement requires approval and runs for 30 days from the date it goes live, subject to the spots available in your region. We may decline a listing that is unlawful, misleading or unsuitable, and we will refund the fee if we do.

We do not promise any particular number of views, clicks, bookings or sales. If something goes wrong with your placement, contact us and we will work it out; where we cannot deliver a placement, our liability is limited to the fee you paid for it.

Pro subscriptions are billed through our payment processor and renew automatically at the interval you chose until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.

If you join the partner program, commissions, payout thresholds and eligibility are described in the partner portal. We may reverse a commission if a referred purchase is refunded, disputed or found to be fraudulent, and we may end the program or your participation with notice.

Listings and reviews may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

BoothFinders is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, opportunities or booth fees, arising from your use of the directory or reliance on community-submitted information. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$50.

You may stop using BoothFinders at any time, and you can delete your account from the app or from our account deletion page. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we need to protect the community or the service.

If you believe content on BoothFinders infringes your copyright, email cutthroatartstudios@gmail.com with the content location, a description of your work, your contact details, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We will review and remove infringing content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, and disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Montana. We may update these terms as the app changes; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
